Could someone go through the Steam selling account process?

To remove everything from the account, email, CC, security questions, so it's all fresh and anonymous when sold. Can link me to thread, type here or do through voice chat; thanks!

Register a new email update your Steam account to that email and disable security. When you sell your account, just give the buyer the steam login info and the email login info the they'll have everything they need to secure the Steam account.
