Contact Page Thread Integration Update

An update has been made today that integrates the contacts page with threads.

At the bottom of your sale threads, we will now automatically display a member's contact information based on the contacts the user has setup here.

At this time members can display up to 3 contacts. You can select which ones you'd like to display from the above contact management page.

Before the new contact box will display automatically in your threads, you have to select which contact links you want to display in threads.

This update aims to accomplish a few things.

• Faster posting for sellers since they don't need to repost their contact info every time they make a thread.
• Sellers can update their contact info in all threads instantly by editing their contact links.
• Enhanced security as we can better monitor members contact information.

A warning will display each time you edit your contact information so we advise seller's not to change it often. The warning simply states the user has recently changed their contact information.

This looks messy. Needs insert URL to text option. So that it just says "Discord" or "click here" instead of full url. Users should be able to customize text. I tried with BB code but it doesnt work.

Currently it displays the full URL because we want the information to be seen. This makes it harder for scammers to try impersonate members off-site if the info is posted and easily visible in the thread. However I understand your what you're saying about the messiness, so we'll work on this.

We have not added customizable options because we want the contact info to be uniform throughout the site. These options won't be added, sorry.
