BR 46 NC character with BR 35 VS character included. Paypal preferred method of payment but middleman service available
NC Character has:
-415 Directive points (low)
-Has 1000+ ISO points, Battle Hardened to 4 and some of the basic implants
-Most essential /core class skills at rank 4 or 5 certed. Most focus is on engineer (vehicles), Max, and Heavy Assault play (primary)
- Most (nearly all of NC and some on VS) essential and value weapons unlocked with DB cash (account-wide and permanent even if you start another NC or VS toon)
-Unlocks for NC include (Nanite Systems are account wide): NS Bursters L+R (Max), Hacksaws L+R( NC Max), NC Raven anti vehicle L+R (NC Max) Lock-on air rockets (VS and NC Heavy), NS Annihilator (rocket launcher), NS Decimator (rocket launcher), Most composite armor and helmets for every NC class (Max, engineer, and Heavy for sure), Jackhammer, Desperado, Warden (scout rifle), NS Baron G5B, NS-15M1 (LMG), Cyclone AF-4 (SMG), NC Longshot (sniper rifle), and 3-4 additional LMGs other than the NC Gauss Saw (Starter). All of these except the LG-Promise (LMG) were bought with Daybreak Cash which makes them permanent to the account even if you delete the character and start a new one (for NC)
-NC Mercenary and NC Kommando Voice Packs (DB Cash only. I believe is the only option)
-347 Certs available
-NC Vehicle Unlocks: Armor Piercing Shots for Vanguard and Lightning (no hesh sorry), Skyguard (Lightning). Some certs in Vanguard but it needs work (along with the other vehicles). Gun unlocks with DB cash for tanks on NC
VS Character has:

-800+ ISO and a fair amount of the basic implants unlocks (mobility mesh to 2)
-Most essential /core class skills at rank 4 or 5 certed. Most focus is on engineer (vehicles) and heavy assault play
-All the NS weapons listed above and a few LMGs, Nemesis anti-air rocket (DB cash), VE-H Maw (LMG cert unlock)
-550 Certs available
VS Vehicle Unlocks:
-Armor Piercing Shots for Magrider (certs), same for lightning (DB cash account wide for lightning), G30 Walker and Aphellion gunner weapons (Magrider, certs). Some cert unlocks for Magrider but needs work along with other vehicles
