I'm looking to buy a level 30 account on NA that has NEVER played a single ranked game in ANY season.
You must be the original owner of the account.
I would strongly prefer an account with full support runes and/or at least 9000 IP.
I am indifferent to the number of champions on the account so long as it can already play ranked (16 owned, I believe, but I'm not certain).
If you are verified, I will go first so long as you screenshare certain details of the account with me. Otherwise, you go first.
I will pay with PayPal as a gift.
I will pay between $15 and $30 for the account, depending on how many runes, how much IP, how much RP, and how many champions are on the account.
If interested, post here with your Skype username and I will add you. Do not bother if the criteria above are not met.
