This is one of the best accounts on the EU server. Without trying you will easily maintain top 50 in rankings, and if you try you will compete in the top 20. The account is completely SSS barring a couple of specifics (A few starters are not, some uniframes, and Chrome Glory needs 1 copy which will be obtained for free soon, Alpha is SS because her SSS is horrible but you can almost SSS her with free tickets over time but you don't need her in a game with Balter). But these are strategic choices and will have no bearing on the OP factor of this account.
Weapons are heavily invested with all relevant characters having everything they need be it resos weapons or memories. You'll also have plenty of BC to keep you going for a while.
