This old school RuneScape account has a placeholder email, with 75 strength and 60 attack/40 defense, it does well in pvp mixing in the ancients and only 46 ranged, allowing for you to use ranged for a lot longer if you plan on only pking.
The prayer level of the account is currently at 43, meant to be capped at smite, with the ancients, high strength and decent attack, it does do some work, the torso included as a cheap option, an already being done.
