I'm a little confused.
You were selling a PoE account and gave takumi1433 the login info before payment.
takumi1433 wanted to send payment through an invoice instead of a gift.
You wanted a Gift.
takumi1433 refused and left chat
You then changed your account password and recovered the account.
This is not a scam and I don't see an attempt to scam.
Had he changed the password and email and refused to return the account, then it would have been an attempt to scam, but you were very easily able to get your account back. It doesn't appear takumi1433 made any effort to try to secure the account since all you had to do was initiate a password update.
Since you gave him login if, that means a sale was initiated, so you are allowed to give him a negative feedback for leaving chat without first giving you back the account. But I don't see a scam attempt, so no ban will be issued.
