Alert Scam pretty much refused to refund when i even didnt use the goods

we agreed a half payment in two weeks, as the days passed all smooth until cause from real life situation im not gonna be able to play so i asked him for a refund cause obviusly im not gonna play and as i payed half the price i dont see why i could not get my refund, he told me that he spent all the money i payed him and he cant refund (i will add pictures) , i didnt see the reason of that and want to warn all of you before you buy cause this guy will get rid of the accounts he has by any costs doesnt matter if you change your mind. proof
the guy just didnt care i did not use the goods and the option he gave me is or i pay the rest or he keeps the half i payed and the acc ofc.
i only asked for my money back and he is like that imaging if you pay full amount.
dont buy from him.

i leave here as a record, that we agreed of the full payment done in 2 weeks, he already delivered the acc if anything happens i will let support know but for now all seems perfect
