An "unlimited" lobby normally lasts for several hours until you leave or it crashes. If your lobby doesn't last longer than an hour and a half, I'll start a new one.

Solo lobby: $10/hour (up to 3,000~ kills per hour)
Solo Launcher lobby: $20/hour
Add a friend: +$5/hour

Nuke: $5
