If you got scammed please file a dispute thread in Active Disputes by using the Dispute Form.
We will investigate further from there.

He was a scammer but I could sort out the problem with Paypal directly to get my money back. As his account was closed, one of your Admins told me I could file a dispute but wouldn't really be useful then.
