Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Client had purchased boosting service from me before. He paid with another knife. I boosted him to penultimate rank then waited until I received the knife before I finished the last rank. After the boost he purchased a new knife, and said he was interested in getting boosted to Legendary Eagle and would pay with this knife. I did the same procedure, took him to DMG and said I would wait until I received the knife. A few days later he canceled the knife and said DMG was enough and that he isn't playing much CS: GO anyway.
Other details / notes: If there's no mobile authenticator attached to one's account, a trade offer that is accepted is on hold for 15 days. Otherwise trade is instant.
