Terms of use and additional information:
- Characters are leveled entirely by hand. No bots or multiboxing. The same person plays on the account for the entire time. Minimal communication and interaction with other players.
- We can use a VPN during leveling, which will match the country of your account.
- If the account gets banned during the leveling or for 30 days after the leveling, you'll receive a full refund of the paid amount. We compensate the cost of the boosting service and not the value of the account.
- You must not access the battlenet account at all during the leveling (not even to play other games) or you will not be eligible for the above warranty.
- In case of the order being late, you'll receive a compensation for every day past the promised duration ($10 for normal service, $15 for fast, $40 for ultra fast). So far we have only had a few delayed orders.
- If we're unable to process your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of the paid amount, even if the service was partially rendered.
- It's possible to pay for the service in multiple parts (eg. $100 to start, $100 after level 35, $100 after level 50).
- The extras (mount, 100 gold, free profession) are only guaranteed when you order a 1-60 job. For other ranges, you may or may not get them. We try to make them proportional to the amount leveled (eg. if you order 1-50 you'll get around 50 gold and profession to 200 instead of 300).
