Is there a way i can change my Clash Of Clans email thats linked to my email to another email

You can contact the customer support. After a long process of confirming you're the OO, they'll allow you to link it to another Google+ account.

I'm not sure how they proceed with GameCenter though.

You can change the email ONLY if you're an iOS user , just change the mails in GameCenter settings
