What is the dispute about? 11.07.2014 I had bought account Clash of Clans from this guy skype Skelaguy site owner clash http://clashsales.wix.com/clashsales user on site clashSales. today I received the email account of recall. I think it was the original owner to call back. vendtore but as he is responsible for this. about 1 week ago I returned to him an account because it was not safe. same speech owner trying to make passowrd reset.
Now this has happened again with another account. I ask refund.

I would be give you a refund but remember I only act as a middleman between seller and buyer after you paid for the account I sent the money to the owner of the account I have notified him of the problem to try and get you your money back, also to keep myself safe I do have a terms of service which seeing as you have been to the site should of seen: "You agree you will not try to recover your money or account after you have either sold/bought a account. You agree clashsales is in no way responsible for any problems encountered with the account or payment. By using this site you are over the age of(18+). By entering this site you agree you will not open any dispute with clashsales or any of its affiliates. You agree if your account is lost or stolen you are liable for it."

This type of warranty is completely invalid as it's sleazy. You also didn't include the warranty in your post so it would be invalid anyway.

IF you want to use that type of warranty, you must directly tell your customers this before payment is made.

I am selling you an account that I do not own. If anything happens to the account, even if the original owner takes it back, I will not refund you. If the account is banned or gets locked, I will not refund you. No matter what happens to the account, I will not refund you. I will also not be unable to recover the account if anything happens.

If you tell this to your buyers and they agree, then you can use that warranty. Adding the warranty to your site, which no one sees, make the warranty completely void.

The account must be recovered or a refund must be issued.
