As title states.

97 Yul Trickster/96 Feoh Necro Has:
-+3/+4 Bound seraph light and seraph robe set FULLY elemented 120 across.
-+4 specter thrower focus + 300 element/+3 apoc retributer 300 element acumen
-First permanet tali + istina bracelet
-+3 STR hair accessory
-CoC shock earring/+3 seraph jewels
-2.5b adena + 1b worth roughly of gear in WH. (standard apoc polearm + other goodies)
-Active skill refresh aug on C grade weap
- All skills that are able to be OED are +5 or higher. passives+actives
-Good tats. Has 120 str and 56 dex.
-has a lvl 50 something sub.
-Has over a weeks worth of vit items in WH. Includes Bday pots, runes, and other miscellaneous vit items.

97 LE ISS SwS/85 tyyr
-+3/+4 Seraph hvy et bound Fully elemented
-+8 lightning DLE S grade Duals 300 element (does more dmg in pvp then most 95 weaps) WITH passive clarity. EXTREMELY USEFUL in this new update due to increased MP consumption
-Seraph jewels
-3rd permanent Tali yellow one :P
-PvP defense Belt
-Active reflect
-All passive/Active skills +5 or higher
-50m adena + 100m worth of adena of stuff in WH.
-twilight set bound with 60's element for dual.

I have bought toons from him before. He has also power-leveled toons as well as sold me adena. He is one of the trustworthy sellers out there. I vouch for him.
 
I was power lvled by him before with epics and OE gear aswell with 2 bil on the char. Nothing was taken and was lvled very quickly. You will get what you pay for thats for sure.....
