I wasn't sure in the beginning but took a chance and bought a V-Bucks bundle (27,000), but Castrosko pulled through in the end and delivered what was promised.

For those wondering if the V-Bucks appear on PlayStation, they don't however - you can see and spend the V-Bucks through other means like Mobile (Android or iOS) or PC and everything you've purchased will appear on Fortnite through your PlayStation, as long as your PSN account is linked to your Epic Games account. As a PS4 player, I'm satisfied.
