Just as the title says.

I want cheap throwaway accounts that can play ranked games.

Separate accounts. Sub accounts have no use to me.

Prefer accounts with clean RAP history, but it's not a deal breaker if that's not the case.

Any account is acceptable as long as it can play ranked (So level 3 or higher, and no leaver status). Don't care about stats, MMR, or anything. Suspended/muted accounts are OK too as long as the suspension/mute ends within 2 weeks.
