Kind person, and trustful, some problems

Kind person at first (kinda cold but don’t mind it at all, it’s their way to be, but really kind). Sadly they lied on my profile and gave me a feedback and lying on it, when they assumed (where we traded) that it was both fault. Also said they reserved the acc, said multiple times it was okay if they wait. Right before I could bought it, they told me a buyer wanted it (when it was supposed to be reserved), and the buyer literally insulted me and being disrespectful, should’ve been a lil more clear on her profile, both fault, but trustful no problem with it!
