I agreed to purchase 180 coins at .4 euro per coin and the Seller did not deliver. He kept asking me if I received and then finally stopped replying.

Very bad experience

Seller refused to send my coins after I made the payment because the money would apparently be inaccessible for a month. They stated they were unable to "refund" my payment because their account was "too new" and instead sent me money in a separate payment which did not include the whole amount. They stopped responding to my messages on Discord even though I closed the Paypal dispute in good faith that they would "have the coins for me tomorrow."
