Update: I finally managed somehow to get a live chat representative to verify my documentation. But now it's been another 3 days and still no delivery of my item.

If you join their discord channel, it's full of people complaining. If I do not receive my item in the next 24 hours, I'm going to have to file a Paypal claim against them.
