Payment Terms and Conditions​

Accepted payment methods are (Transfer)Wise, PayPal, Cryptocurrencies and Western Union! All fees must be covered by buyers! Here are my Payment Terms:
** All transactions will be payment first.
** If you want to pay via Wise, Western Union or Cryptocurrencies, you need to wait until I confirm the payment.
** Payments through PayPal will be as Goods&Services in the form of PayPal Invoices. If you want to pay through PayPal, you will need to cover the transaction fees which are +10% of the transactions.
** In order to use this Cheap Starter Account Sale Services: You must be older than 18. For PayPal payments you must be PayPal verified. You will confirm the virtual goods you will receive in exchange for your next PayPal payment with a pre-order mail by using your PayPal linked email address. Due to security measures and proving account ownership I may ask a blurred out ID image, real full name and age.
** I'll check my PayPal or other payment methods to confirm the payment.
** When payment is confirmed you will get your virtual goods/services in 5-30 minutes. Due to order volume delivery may take up to 12 hours!
** If somehow I fail to deliver the top up/packs you purchased to you, you will get a full refund otherwise all sales are final and non-refundable.
