Looking for a lvl 30 gold account for season 3, I'd prefer that it not have a border from S2 but if it does thats whatever. Preferably an account without 1000s of games played in ranked and normal. Not looking to spend a TON of cash on it, maybe around 60$. For this reason I don't need any rare skins or anything like that, however if they're included for around that price range thats fine.
Just looking for a nice cheap account quickly.
