The starting discount that everyone starts with is 10% but it can get up to 20% by referring your friends to us and by topping up often yourself.
How does it work?
In order to receive the discount, your account information is needed. You only need to provide this information once to one of our managers and they will safely process your account log in info. We are a verified sellers on EpicNPC.
Is this safe?
Absolutely, your account information is completely safe, and will ONLY be used on your request. Every customer that we had so far has provided the same information to us without any incidents.
You can also check our Line group (add our managers beforehand in order to get invited to our group) for your preferred game and navigate to our Albums there to see the feedback from our past customers, or even better, you can ask our customers themselves! The process:
If you are requesting top up after reset, please be patient as this is the busiest time and requests are done in order they are received. If you do not wish to wait the best time to request top up is after noon server time.
You CAN NOT be logged in the game while top up is being processed. As soon as the top up is completed, you will be notified by one of our managers. At that time you can log back into your account and collect your rewards. In case you are using Facebook log in, it would help if you can disable safety notification which can temporary lock your account. If you do not want to disable this feature and if you do get notification asking “if it’s you who is trying to log in from china” accept it. If in case this happens, it will only happen once. After first log in there should be no other notifications.
