I have a gold 3 account, with 45 champs, 44 skins, with only about ~20 ranked games played this season. There's also about ~10k BE on the account and ~2k orange essense. I'm only asking for $35 for this account, I will not being going first either, but i am comfortable with using a middleman if you're willing to handle the fees, or if you'd like to go first that's fine as well.
