I've previously made a thread here with the same name, however I felt like a new thread was needed.
I'm still looking for a few cheap ESO accounts. Accounts with next to no assets, ie. CHEAP!
HOWEVER...
I'm only interested in accounts that are able to have the email address changed to that of my own. I don't want to worry about someone 'stealing' the account back from me after the purchase.
You'll have to be able to verify some information for ZeniMax Support in order for this to happen:
1) Current Username and Password
2) Security Questions and Answers
3) Provide information pertaining to how you originally bought the account.
A) If the information is sensitive (your banking information, for example) you will be the one to contact the Support team. I want nothing to do with your financial information.
B) If you bought the account directly from the Web Site and used PayPal, you can simply provide me with the Invoice ID from your account purchase history.
4) You have to be able to communicate effectively with me, with fast response times.
A) When I log into the account before the Email Address change, you have to provide me with the Code that's emailed to you before the timer expires.
I'm serious about buying a few accounts, but I'm *ONLY* interested in the above conditions. I grow tired of getting the run-around from people. I'll be paying via PayPal *ONLY*. I will *NOT* send as a Gift, however I will pay for the PayPal Fees. I will pay you *BEFORE* we proceed with transferring the Account Email Address. This gives me the assurance that you're not a scammer, and if you don't live-up to your end of the bargain, I *WILL* invoke a dispute with PayPal and I *WILL* get my money back. If you're a scammer, I stand to lose nothing, and you stand to gain nothing. Let's not waste each others time.
If you're an honest person, who is genuinely looking to sell an account, you should have zero issues with the above conditions. After we do business you'll have feedback left on your account so others know you're a reputable person.
