Hi, I do account editing and and sell new accounts with maxed XP and cat food! My rates are as follows:
existing accounts:
47k cat food and MAX XP: $5 ($4 if you leave a rep!)
new accounts:
47k cat food and MAX XP: $6 ($5 if you leave a rep!)
These are 100% ban-free! This works on both iOS and Android.
