Sent me the wrong account then scammed me for 90€

First he sent me the wrong Account and I connected it to my MW account. Then he said I should unlink which is not possible because you need to wait 12 Months before you unlink an Account. He told me he would send me the Money back and sell the Account for me but never send me the money or another Account
He blocked me on Discord for like a couple of hours but unblocked me now. Still didn't refund me or send me the account back tho. He seemed like a nice guy…
