Account recall

I made the mistake of trusting him. I paid via PayPal as friends and family. We made the transaction via Discord, and I have all the proof and screenshots.
I bought the account on March 8, 2025, and he recovered it on July 31, 2025, lying to me. I contacted support, and they told me that only the account owner can recover it with an ID. I encountered him again in-game with my new account, and he lied to me again, pretending to be "another buyer." And then he blocked me on Discord.
