1. I will generally be able to reply within 1 hour, however, if you catch me at an off time and I dont reply, it most likely means in working or sleeping. I will always get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Please note that I take all my payments privately through paypal. This is because I'm from Australia and player auctions does not have a compatible payement system for me. Also should there be any price negotiating, it makes it easier. This will mean you will have to pay FIRST, and then I'll give the account.

3. I have accounts for all regions, but just remember that even if a valorant account is set to a specific region, you can still use it in a different one by changing it.
Post Purchase:
1. All my accounts are unlinked to an email so I suggest you link it to your own email so it is secure to you.
2. I provide a 2 week warranty for all my accounts, should there be any issues, message me on the website and I can give you a replacement. Note: For me to issue a replacement I will do a check on the account myself.
