New members have a new restriction for chat that will only allow them to start a chat with a seller (thread creator). New members will no longer be able to contact other random members, only sellers who have something listed for sale.
To start a chat, the new member should open a sale thread and click the 'Chat' button in the seller's profile area.
This restriction is only one way. Anyone can still contact a new member as they normally would.
