"also if someone sends me a message it just goes to the bottom of my screen and i cant open it" that is a device issue. I have had this issue since chat came out would not work on my main device, same exact problem. It would work on my other computers. Try deleting cookies and updating browser. suddenly mine is working after never working

Ok ill try that, but i have tried multiple browsers as well and it didnt work... Also it used to work

I'm on Windows 10, what it does for me is, the first message I send I can see, but if I send more messages they don't show up on my chat box, but the other person receives them. I have to refresh my page for the messages to show up for me.
Now that I think about it, it started with Windows 10 (Chrome user as well).

Same issue here with second message not showing up until you refresh the page. Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

New issue is if you refresh the page it closes the tab with the people that you were chatting.
All we have to do is to wait for the fix. The admin is aware of this issue.

My chat never worked on this computer. the just worked for a good few weeks and then its stopped working again.
