He failed to give me the rest of his account details when we traded. I gave him all my info when he asked for including ID scans and SQA but didnt recieve his. I waited 48 hours and still nothing. I spoke to him today and said I would like a refund of my 85$ and also my account back and he agreed to doing it. In the chat He said "sounds good" which is agreeing to it. We went from there and he never got back to me on it and then blocked me and filed a dispute on here, Ive been a legit seller since 2014 and we both got off on wrong terms. I filed a dispute with my bank and told them about this. Would not being doing buisness with this man anymore. Ive learned my lesson.

Didn't want to waste my time doing this but I suppose I should. I withhold the account's security question answer as part of my warranty against account recalls. All of this information was disclosed in chat beforehand as well as in the invoice he received.

Chase immediately requested to void his warranty with me which I found odd. As per the terms in my invoice, I'm allowed to use my own discretion when dealing with suspicious parties and choose to withhold the SQA longer. His account was full of recovery tickets so I told him that as soon as I felt comfortable enough with his account then he could have the SQA.

Today he told me he wanted to resell the account he bought. I told him I wasn't okay with that since it seemed like a ploy to just void his warranty. People aren't normally eager to put themselves at unnecessary risk unless they're up to no good. We negotiated a trade-back agreement and that seemed like a fair deal for both of us, but he recalled his account and opened a dispute on PayPal before anything was settled.

As far as blocking him goes, I only blocked him after he got belligerent and began insulting me, during which I noticed the account's email address had been changed back to his. I felt like I had wasted enough time going back and forth with him as it was, and that the recall justified my decision to block him.

He failed to give me a refund in which I gave him the 85$ along with the account. this seller is very agressive with other people. I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are going to work it out. I offered to give the account back but he kept denying me. I chose to get my account back and he got his back as well.

I'm happy to issue a refund but what he's doing is still scamming. He doesn't need to "work with them" to get his money back. I never threatened to keep his money or denied him a refund. That's not the issue here. The account was recalled and a dispute was opened during our discussion today before we agreed to any sort of settlement.

Correct You agreed to refund the money right? But then you werent gonna do it because I wouldnt give you a buyers name to do a trade with. I half to give you someones name in order for you to do a refund with? Thats not right man. I had a buyer for my new account he denied to give me the full account details. I disagree with what he did. I then told him listen im tired of this let me get a refund and also my account back and well never speak again he said sounds good. He asked me first give me this persons name so I can do buisness with him and then youll get your details and money back.

I am not a scammer. Im a buyer/seller thats legit. I have done many trades on ebay with positive rep being on there since 2014. all Im asking is to if you could refund my money and be done with this case. You got your account back and I have mine.
 
I was very clear with explaining my reasoning behind that. I wanted you to prove that the transaction actually existed and that it wasn't just a ploy to void your warranty. I'm not wrong in being suspicious and cautious. You never once explicitly asked me for a refund. You're only begging for one here to save face and make it look like I'm depriving you of something. Your last few messages to me were a string of insults and threats, and then you took it upon yourself to recall the account and open a dispute on PayPal. That's why we're here.

I asked for a refund and you agreed and then you never did and stirred the pot even more. I would like my 85$ back now since you now have your account back and I have my account back. I have alot of disputes in for this and for this to be easy all you half to do is refund my money please.

This isn't settled. You got what you wanted as part of a forced trade-back. You recalled your account and opened a dispute before we agreed to anything. I'll leave it up to the administrator to decide what happens to you but personally I don't think people like you should be allowed to conduct business on here. You'll be banned eventually one way or another so it makes no difference to me if it happens now or later, it just isn't fair to whoever might be scammed in the future. At the very least I should be allowed to change my feedback to negative.

Thats your descision sir. You can do whatever you want man. what ive noiticed is your an agressive seller that has to have everything go your way. Your nice in the inside but when it comes to trading and doing buisness with you I think you have alot to learn. You can ban me and do whatever you want to do but I know im a legit seller/buyer and Ill continue to run my market the way I want to legitly and smoothly.
 
If anyone here needs things to go their way, it’s you, because that’s exactly what happened here. You told me what you wanted, I said no, and you went ahead and did it anyway. It’s not unreasonable of me to expect a transaction to run smoothly when I conduct transactions on a daily basis. You don’t just get to make up rules as you go and recall your account when you don’t get your way.

I’m sure your 7 feedback on eBay will really take you places. Whatever “market” you’re referring to running can’t possibly not exist. I’m privileged to be given advice on business ethics from such a renowned salesman as yourself.

For the record, this is what the guy's account looked like. This is why I was reluctant to give him any sensitive account information. Pretty obvious this guy has done this several times before. Nobody legitimately gets "hacked" that many times.
