If the info is not provided in the thread, the seller must tell the buyer directly before payment. If you asked and he said "almost all accounts are asia" then he told you.

If other buyers have the same problem with PvP regions they can open their own dispute. If SetsunaEpic did not tell them directly, he'll have to issue a refund.

In your case you asked and he said "Asia" so I don't really understand why you purchased 4 accounts. You said your friends bought EU accounts from him, but I can't confirm this and even if someone else did, it would not change your case. You were told "almost all are Asia accounts".

If you want to gamble after being told that and purchase one, you should not chargeback if it's Asia. That's your fault. You should certainly not buy 3 more and charge back all of those as well.

If the seller said "almost all are asia" you should not expect EU accounts.

To compromise, please close 2 payment disputes. Then return 2 accounts to the seller.

I have only refunded 3 accounts over all and I don't have any of them anymore because i just delete them after finding out they are asia. And yes dumb of me chancing it but he will never be clear to his costumers and i know he has eu accs.

He is now stated he deleted my accounts and keep his money. This reminds me of another scammer and that guy said the same thing. He chargeback and said he deleted the account and can't return it.

The region can be random and close to none which I never stated specifically and only claimed Asia. I'm not even sure if your friend actually bought it from me. I told you all about Asia when you asked 2 months ago in May.

He should repay 2 of the purchases and return 2 of the accounts.

Tizzon you can't just buy 4 accounts, not return them and expect 4 refunds.

Please work with SetsunaEpic and return at least 2 accounts to him. You were given login info, if you didn't change anything then it should still work and you can easily return them. We are requiring 2 payments as stated above. You can also work with SetsunaEpic to resolve that.

As of returning the accounts i cant do that because i dont remember the details of them. And there is no way im paying him anything for still not being clear to his costumers. Post says all asia but they arent all asia. My friend purchased an acc some days ago eu. I can post proof. Pls start being clear with a region selection on a region based pvp/coop game.
And i will take what ever punishment u decide for not giving back the accounts i don't have but tell setsuna to be clear because he is still lying. They arent all asia. He has eu accs too. He just doesn't want to be clear and his site only says global. If someone didnt see the npc post they would never know.

Your guessing. I don't know where his accounts are from and neither do you. If the seller says "almost all are Asia" then that's what it is. If a customer buys one and it's a different region, they can then open a dispute against the seller. I have not seen any pattern where customers are reporting SetsunaEpic for problems with the regions. If that changes and we get reports, we'll take stricter action.

Tizzon purchased 4 accounts, received 4 refunds (3 via chargeback), but did not return any accounts.. He also refused to pay for any of the accounts.

Tizzon has been banned.
