Buyers keep purchasing our product, making false accusations and chargeback payments. He has done it 3 times and every time he chargeback successfully. He purchased again 4th time today.
Total amount: $140 including refund cost and account costs.

The accounts were Global. Every single seller is selling Global just like me. There is no statement on Regional. The guys keep purchasing and chargeback on purpose. His last dispute was falsely accused us of selling Japan Account. We never sold Dragon Ball Legends Japan. He bought 1 account the first time. Knowing it's Asia. We refunded. He keeps buying 2 more. Again, It's Global and falsely accused Japan and chargeback. Now he bought the fourth time. We just had enough.
This shameless Scammer needs to be banned from the forum.
All accounts are Global. Look at all other Sellers. There only 1 client Global on Google Play Store. No one bought the first time knowing it's an Asia, Chargeback and get his money. Bought 2 more then chargeback and bought 4th time.

There were no communications, no mail to support, no chat. Nothing to state his concern. He simply did a chargeback after purchase and when he won, he purchases again!!! He didn't return our product and just kept it.

At this point, we will have to send a debt agency on his scam attempts.

Thank you, he just needs to start specifically saying what region the accounts are and not just global. On his site he says global when that's not true. Every time someone purchases an acc he should have an option for region selection to not mislead his costumers

Remove region lock in PvP. Currently, if you create your account in a certain region, you will only ever play PvP matches from other players in that region. This is an issue because if you are on vacation and want to take a break and play some Legends, you'll never have a good time playing PvP if you're vacationing in another country.

If PvP is region locked, then it's important information that MUST be disclosed to the buyer before payment. The buyer should not have to chargeback, you should be issuing refunds. Please disclose this information in the future to buyers.

If a feature of the game determines regional on GLOBAL accounts, there should be a rule. Please take a look at the entire DBL Sub-forum. All accounts are Global because there is only 1 Client on Google Play.

I don't advertise to sell EU accounts or offering regionals. Why should I have to sell you EU accounts? Your friend got what they wanted that is a GLOBAL account, not Eu or Asia or US. Are you going to charge back 100 times to get a single EU account without return the other 99 Asia accounts? I don't care if it Eu, Asia, or the US. It's PvP Region Locked. I only sell Global DBL Accounts. You did know my accounts are Asia PVP Region-locked before 2 months before made 4 purchased and chargeback.

If the info is not provided in the thread, the seller must tell the buyer directly before payment. If you asked and he said "almost all accounts are asia" then he told you.

If other buyers have the same problem with PvP regions they can open their own dispute. If SetsunaEpic did not tell them directly, he'll have to issue a refund.

In your case you asked and he said "Asia" so I don't really understand why you purchased 4 accounts. You said your friends bought EU accounts from him, but I can't confirm this and even if someone else did, it would not change your case. You were told "almost all are Asia accounts".

If you want to gamble after being told that and purchase one, you should not chargeback if it's Asia. That's your fault. You should certainly not buy 3 more and charge back all of those as well.

The guy already chargeback 3 payments and got refunded by PayPal. His fourth payment is also refunded because I don't deal with him. He basically took all 4 accounts without spending a single penny from 1st July to 14th July.
