What is the dispute about?
I was the seller. Buyer paid using PayPal friends and family. On 14 Mar, buyer did a chargeback on his credit card and PayPal sent me a dispute. He was trying to crawl back his money after one month of purchase. PayPal has debited $1100 from my balance to the buyer's financial institute because of chargeback. I contacted the buyer, he didn't admit he has done a chargeback so I asked him to cancel the dispute. He said ok however he went missing after that and he is not replying my messages. I would like to request for a ban on this user due to his dishonesty.
