He sent me 1070 usd for $400 acc, and asked me for the refund.

i gave him the acc and refund 670 usd, now i got a charge back in paypal for 1070 usd.

I can prove by skype chat log and paypal screen shot if needed.

be careful trading with this guy.

You should have just gone into payment and hit refund, and it would let you partial refund. Now the issue here is you have to try to recall your 670. the scam here he is trying to make money on top of his own.

Hi ,, I talked all about to EPIC NPC, on that day, and I asked him some time ,,, I guess now the situation is kinda back to normal ,,, and moreover i can show you all the proof, he was so violence and offensive to me .. but still i asked him more time ... jsut to wait.. 2 days back paypal resolved it ... now he just took away the account, and he took away the money.. too ... U charged back 1070 usd from me. so of course, i have to take back the acc and the "refund" of 670 usd.
providing original email is not in our deal, after you ask me for the original email, i said let me try to ask my friend for that, then you took back the money, you said it because i said "i TRY" ? What a reason, LMAO.
And, i can give u $400 then take back the accs, it's ok, but WHY YOU CHARGED BACK 1070 USD? it's not yours, scammer.
so. I took back the acc by contacting steam support (with the original email provided by my friend) , i'm reclaiming my $670 USD, because i just lose $1070 usd, right? F*king scammer.

Take a image of the Paypal payment details page AND the Paypal dispute page showing that the payment has been setted in 1stwind's favor.

If images are not provided in 24 hrs CryoTeX will be banned.

You said the Paypal issue was resolved 2 days ago. Now you're saying it's not and you're working on it. This is called lying. Don't say it was resolved 2 days ago when it wasn't.

The warning will remain for 48 hrs, if this is not resolve by then you will be banned.
