Change info on new account

Hi,

Yesterday me and a guy changed wow account for another game account, he sended me everything i can think i possible can need

Cd-key
Name
Security question

I have changed the email and everything working fine, but i noticed that i cant transfer characters to my other account because off the must be same last name thing

So my question is, is there any way i can get that last name changed ? Like call blizz and say i wrote last name by misstake because i was young, because the account is older then 2006, like young and stupid or something similair ?
