Change country for account

Dear EpicNPC,

I have moved from Ukraine to Belgium and want to change my country in preferences because now I have phone/ip mismatch (I have changed my phone number too because of 1 sim slot).
I can't find such option in settings menu.
It is not allow to use multiply account, so how can I solve this issue?

Please edit my account's country to be Croatia.. It was not Germany intentionally set.. I don't know why it did it, maybe i was in a rush
