I have 10 rune pages, the account is unranked, it was last 2 seasons as well, and i am the original owner. It's actually my main account and I haven't even played a normal game since about 4 months ago, which is why I am selling it. I know the Championship Riven skin is sought after, so if I could make someone happy by selling them account and and get a little in return instead of the account just sitting there, it would be a win win.
