Cell phone plans for sale allowed?

Are we allowed to post cell phone plans for sale here? If so, which sub-forum is appropriate?

Can you explain how you would go about this?

A transfer of responsibility. Buyer pays, they would give me their name. I would call up Rogers (cell phone carrier) and add their name to my account for the transfer. They would call in to take over the account, would provide credit check.

Its not against rules but I do not know how likely someone would buy it. And if they default are you still held responsible

Well, I've sold some in the past on kijiji, craigslist, etc. Haven't had problems. If it's a good grandfathered plan they would want to take over and replace their more expensive current plan.

Well I can understand the reason to buy, you would just have to find someone here in the correct area for coverage is what i mean

No, we do not allow that. It's not in the rules because I've never heard of something like that, but we'll add it soon.
