Cashout not received? (3 weeks wait)

I made a sale here a few weeks ago and upgraded my account in order to cashout. I then proceeded to cashout the credits I earned (was like 14k or so). It stated on Paypal it could take up to 21 days for the money to be added to the account so I have waited the 21 days and there is still no money received.

Has my cashout request been sent or what is going on?

There was no transaction, I assumed that was due to the 21 day wait period.

The 21 day wait period would be paypal not us. Sounds like somethkng went wrong

The payment was sent to the email address you submitted on April 30th. Checking the payment today, it shows as "Unclaimed".

The email you used shows "unregistered" I'm assuming you registered the email with Paypal since then and they are making you wait 21 days.

Please contact Paypal, once the 21 wait period is over, the payment should display for you to claim it. If it does not, we can cancel it and resend it to another Paypal email if you like.

Because you created new Personal PayPal account. You must have to wait 21 days to show in your available balance.

Or you can also edit tracking info to "ON PROCESSED" then money will be available within 14 days and also ask your buyer to edit tracking info to "RECEIVED" then money will be available within 3 days


When you will become establish seller then money will not be hold for 21 days.
Q. How to become Establish seller ?
A. You should have to earn 250$, 10 transaction done without any chargeback, you must wait 60 days.



If you still not receive after 21 days then contact PayPal Support.

You need to check email and see if the email from paypal saying you have an unclaimed payment

I contacted Paypal and it was just an error that I couldn't see it, they've fixed the issue and I was able to actually accept the funds. Now the 21 days wait actually begins.

Thanks to everyone responding and helping me sort this issue out so quickly, much appreciated.
