Seems like he hacked a paypal account or stole a credit card and was trying to make you login and pay for something he bought. I wouldn't trust him, it may get you into serious trouble.

ya thats why i said it sounded fishy, and then he immediatly blocked me. i would never mess with anything like that if i didnt personaly know the person
