Can't verify via ID

Hi there, I'm getting this when I try to click upgrade and verify with ID. I didn't see any account restrictions on this like post count/feedback/etc. but I totally could've missed something.

Verification have been paused while we are updating the system to a new verification process. It will be re-enabled soon.
