Can't set payment options in auction.

Haven't used this website in a few years but I was looking to sell my current battle.net account and after setting up the whole auction I get to the payment method selection and I was unable to select anything. Paypal was there with a checkbox but it would not let me check it (You have my paypal information) Also there was nothing available for the offline payment options.
