Can't remove image (attached thumbnail)

I can't find the option like usual even in Advanced editing mode.
Remove it for me please? ^^

I cannot seem to remove it without removing the other thumbnail attached to it.

I've ask Mike to look at it. I'm sure he can correct it. )

The image upload/attachement manager has been disabled, but I deleted it for you.
