Can't Post on Any Forum

Hey mods. I am creating this post on a friends new account. I cannot make any threads in any forum, or even private message a moderator. It is as if my account is locked.

My account is ark889. If you cannot discuss this here or with this account, is there someone I can message on skype or aim to resolve this?

When you change your account's email address you have to reactivate the account. I resent the activation email to [email protected]. Check your spam folder.
