Can't post in certain forums ?

Hello I can't seem to post a thread in Elo Boosting for League of Legends?

I've purchased the 3$ upgrade for epicnpc and Im not sure why it's not allowing me to post in the forum

Hello,
In order to post on boosting forum, you need to have the "verified status"

This is a mandatory upgrade when you requiere consumer logins (wich is the case for LOL boosting).

Is it possible to have a refund because I have no use of the rank I just bought? If a ban must come in hand then Ill accept it I just wanted to get an upgrade to be able to post in LoL boosting but I bought the wrong one

Yes, a refund can be issued. Please upgrade to verified, then when we process the upgrade, the previous one will be refunded.

When I try to upgrade it requests my passport/drivers license

What if I don't have both of those what can I do?
I havent gotten my drivers license y et and I do not have a passport because I'm not traveling

Any government issued ID is acceptable and in some countries like Canada, a health card card is also acceptable.
