Cant leave feedback for some times

So I wanted to leave feedback to my transactions from last month and just a couple of days ago, but I still cant leave the feedback and it always shows this

This already happens for more than a month now for me

What is the user you're trying to give feedback to and what is the button you're clicking to give them feedback?

The User is Mustbeyou
I tried to give him feedback thru his profile.
Also I tried to give feedback to another trade with MM service but also gave me the same error

The "Deal URL" field must use a thread URL where either you or Mustbeyou are the thread creator. What is the URL you are using for this?
