Cant apply the title colour to my thread

Hello , this is my first time to spend on epicnpc. I bought directly credits from the shop and spend it on 'RED TITLE'

however, when i trying to apply it to my thread, it wanted me to buy again. Could you help me about it?

I did it . To apply it , press your inventory on the credits section. Than press 'configure' to apply your thread link. Hope it helps to the people in the future.

Go to your inventory and search for the red thread you purchased. Click on configure and copy paste your thread in it.

There's 2 options.

1. At the top of your thread there is a bar that says "Purchasable Items"

Click that to open it and you can quickly repurchase the item you want. It will automatically be applied to that thread.

2. Go to the Shop in the top nav bar, find the item you want and buy it. Then go to your "inventory" page and find the item. On the right side will be a "Configure" button. Click that and enter the thread URL and save.


Method #1 is easier because you don't have to manually apply it to your thread, so I usually recommend members re-purchase this way.

Thank you very much for the answer. I didint know that there was a 'Purchrasable' options. As a suggestion, it can be more pleasing to the eye so people like me are wont be missed out next time

Also with a small note, i am waiting for a member verification too. I am sure it will be verificated soon, this is why i didint mentioned it on thread. Thanks again.

All upgrades can take up to 24 hrs to process because they require an account review. However usually it's much faster, only a few hrs.

We'll consider changing the green bar color for 'purchasable items' so is stands out a bit more. thanks for the suggestion.
