Can't access Conversation in Epic NPC

Hello Epic Npc. I Cant Access Conversation or private message (pm) in Epic NPC since 2 days ago. Plz help

Hi Pengos, have you tried going into the settings menu? Settings -> general settings -> Conversations -> Enable/Disable: Enable

Well, it seems i cant access it via mobile phone. I try to access via pc, and i can use pm again. Have any suggestion so i can access pm via mobile phone again ?? Thank You

Ok, gotcha, finally can get full access via mobile phone. All i have to do only clic show full site. Thx again. Plz close this thread.

Messages (conversations) currently do not work in the mobile app and on the mobile site. We're working to making that feature compatible and we should have an update soon.
